Chill out @ Kaw Kaw SG

Meet up with kak N last thursday at the newly-opened Kaw Kaw SG, franchise of Burger Bakar Kaw Kaw at Kuala Lumpur. Love the rustic and homey interior, great place to chill out with friends and families.

We really enjoyed the food and ambience. Serving takes a bit of time but the food are worth the wait! Beside if you look at it positively, just take it as an extra time spending with your friends/families :)

Location: 28 Aliwal Street, 0101 Aliwal Art Centre
Opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 11am - 11pm
Nearest MRT: Walking distance from Bugis Station (EW12)
Price range: Between S$3.20 to S$29.60

ICED HAZELNUT LATTE S$6.00
Strong coffee taste at the first sip but gradually enjoyed the chilled milk coffee.
*No photo (Forgot to take!)

FRIED PORTOBELLO FINGERS S$9.90
Crispy breadcrumb coating with moist portobello mushroom, dipped in sweet mayonnaise.

SMOKEY BEEF BACON BURGER S$14.80
Thick juicy beef patty top with melted cheese, jalapeno and beef bacon. Served with nacho chips, salsa and sauce. Not sure what sauce is it (and I didn't ask them) but it tastes like mayo and ketchup (and maybe some other stuff, ain't no gourmet so I'm not sure hehe) Love the bun! Soft and freshly-made, as mentioned by the owner.

AGLIO OLIO WITH HERB CRUST SALMON S$17.90
Simple yet bursting with flavours; spicy and tangy with tinge of garlic taste. I did not taste the Salmon but according to Kak N, it was cooked perfectly.

BRAISED BEEF CHEEK S$28.50
Melt-in-the-mouth chunk of beef with amazing sauce. Together with creamy mashed potato. No asparagus though (as stated on menu) out of stock, perhaps?

BLOSSOM UP S$5.00
Recommended by the owner. Non-carbonated iced fruit tea infused with flowery taste. Perfect balance between the two.

Beverages Menu
Appetizer & Main Course Menu - No Dessert :(
You can judge how tasty the food served here by the licin-ness of our plates ;)
